Dane Meade, PLS
I was born, raised and have spent most of my life in Grants Pass, Oregon. I have been in the surveying profession since 2013 and have been obsessed with it ever since. When I’m not surveying, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family.
Tom Nygren, Project Manager
Tom has been working in the land surveying industry here in southern Oregon for 25 of the last 30 years. He started with his father's company, Nygren Surveying, shortly after high school. After his father's retirement at the end of 2022, Tom came on board at Meade Surveying, bringing his extensive experience in project management and drafting.
Tyler Alexander, Crew Chief
Tyler started his career in land surveying in 2020 after serving 7 years in law enforcement. Tyler brings extensive experience in topographic and construction surveying and construction staking to Meade Surveying, as well as a positive attitude and a productive mindset.
Mariah Starns, Office Survey Technician
Mariah has been with us since February 2025. Mariah performs initial research for our estimates, calculations for our field crews, assists clients with land use applications, and much more.
Fletcher Powell, Chainman
Fletcher has been with us since August 2025. Fletcher is quickly progressing in his understanding of field survey procedures, working part-time with us while he finishes his last year of high school.
Nathan Grim, Chainman
Nathan has been with us since May 2026. Having recently graduated from high school, Nathan plans to pursue a degree in land surveying.
